"My stay at Maiden’s Hotel in Delhi was truly memorable. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and helpful right from the doorman to the front desk team especially Azajudeen, who made me feel warmly welcomed throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a deluxe room, which made the experience even more special.

"The breakfast was decent, but there were many problems during our stay- the bedsheet were dirty during check in. Plus, we had dinner at the coffee shop- the food was lower than average but service was awful! Taj does take complaints and feedback seriously which makes the stay better than average. "Firstly, the staff were just lovely. Their offer for assistance and quickness to respond were amazing.
The location of the hotel was within a small block of what I worked describe as alley ways. We were picked up at 4AM for a Taj Tour, and there were people asleep in the alley ways within a short distance from the hotel and unavoidably required to walk past.
