"If the hotel owner is reading this review, I strongly recommend replacing the receptionist who was on duty on July 8, 2026, at around 7:00 PM during check-in. I booked a Partial Sea View room, but I was not given the room I had reserved. Instead of solving the issue, she insisted that the mistake was mine and claimed that a partial sea view was never included, even though it was clearly stated in my reservation. "Beautiful hotel and great breakfast"

"Had a lovely stay at Katerina Island Hotel. Very peaceful and relaxing, but with the buzz of Rovinj just a 5 minute boat ride away. The hotel staff were pleasant, and helpful. The room was large and clean, although the shower was tiny and in need of some tlc Would definitely recommend this hotel, and Rovinj is a beautiful place. Wish we were back there now!!"
