The guy at the desk that morning directed me to a hand sanitizer machine hidden around the back of a wall in a corner by the front desk, but it was empty. He offered nothing else. "

It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved."
