"The room was clean, but when check in time came around our room was not ready. There were a couple groups checking in where their rooms were not ready. We had to wait another 2 and a half hours to check in which we were able to go around town with stuff to do instead. Then when we did come back and check in the neighbors were extremely loud all night! This was all into the night even at midnight. Many people running up and down the halls and slamming doors and screaming and laughing in the halls and next door. "

"Parking was great. I would love if you could access your floor from the parking garage instead of going back to the second floor. Also bed was too firm and uncomfortable. Other than that, the hotel was awesome. Clean, great view, and staff was amazing."
