"Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast, easy parking but remember to register your car."

"No bar and restaurant which was advised after booking but before check in. Tv not working (despite looking brand new), phone in room not working, WiFi terrible but a lovely setting. Just felt a bit odd with no amenities. Just ordered a food delivery and had an early night… wish I’d taken a book to read!"

"I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise. We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. However the music from the bar was so loud. The music went on till midnight, then started again at 7am and went on the whole next day, louder at night. I had the TV on loud, and could still not hear it because of the bass/music coming from the bar. Plus the banging from the corridor of doors, especially from the cleaners early on. Then walking out to the car park where everyone is smoking illegal substances. Did not feel comfortable or relaxed the whole time. Very disappointed."

"Roon was not cleaned. Still had dirty cups, hair on bathroom floor,old toothpaste in the sink and crisps crumbs all over the floor. Hot tub did not work but would not use as water was full of leaves If hadnt of arrived late I would have complained "

"Clean room and bathroom. Bed is comfy, its our 3rd time and we always enjoy our stay. The bar prices were too high in our opinion."
