There is no front desk as all dealing were done in the host’s kitchen. There was no bar/lounge unless you joined the host and their family on the couch in their living room which would’ve...

"Pillows were not the best. We were given the wrong time for breakfast at check in and so missed it the first day. Otherwise very good stay. Handy for IIHF hockey games at BCF Arena and close to transit (bus)."

"This hotel is in a great location in central Marly close to Fribourg. It's a simple bus ride into Fribourg, where there is lots to see and do. The room is not air-conditioned, but not many places in Switzerland are. The hotel downstairs is spotless and delicious, and the staff are all very friendly. I'd recommend this hotel for travelers who want to see Fribourg but get a taste of Swiss village life---great point from which to bike around the countryside as well!"
