"Updated, comfortable bed. Clean room. Upon checking out staff wanted to charge me for a broken “do not disturb” sign. The sign was already broken when I checked in. Document the room when you arrive to avoid additional charges. "

"The room and layout was very modern. The room had a water dispenser, fridge and portable hob. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Only complaint would be there was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and the AC was leaking, the paint surrounding it was bubbling and stained."

"looks better than actually is. photos show potential, in actuality bathtub cannot fill with hot water because tank for hot water is too small, so never can have a bath. they show kitchen but it comes with zero cooking ware or untensils let alone appliances so you have to buy stuff, crazy. you have to buy gas and water. its a joke. pool lounge area is big enough for two so be prepared to take turns and only sun hits spot from 12-2 daily. "

"Sprained my ankle in Bali. I asked the hotel to see if there were any exceptions to make to my reservation because I needed to leave Indonesia to get an MRI. They took 3 days to ask for proof of healthcare services. I provided them pictures of all my paperwork, and then they took another 3 days to respond ultimately to tell me it was too late to do anything. I was 10 days away from my reservation, but waiting for the hotel's response alone is part of the reason why it was too late. I would not...

"What a wonderful villa. The staff was brilliant and the highlight of our stay. The hired cooked catered to all our needs and dietary requirements (which we had a lot of!) can’t thank the staff enough for making our family have an enjoyable stay. The villa was beautiful with a great size pool. The only complaint I would have is that the master bathroom was very slippery when wet and that the only way to get to the other three bedrooms was a steep bridge. "This hotel is nice and located in a very convenient area with many restaurants & shops within walking distance, plus walking distance to the beach. However, that beach is not nice and not swimmable. The room is very large but the bathroom is so small with the main door getting in the way. You have to close the door after getting in to get to the toilet area. The floor in the shower in our room is slated in the wrong direction so it gets flooded after each shower."
