Room was fairly clean and roomy.Front desk was courteous and friendly.Drawback is no way to get assistance when office closed.We let someone hang out with us in our room for a couple hours because the electric lock on their door stopped working and didn't want her outside in 16 degree temp. waiting for office to open

The only kind word to offer about our stay is that the staff are courteous and responded to every problem. It is mind-boggling to me that a hotel or motel bearing the Red Roof corporate name allowed the state of disrepair and filthiness that we experienced. If you stop here because of the low price, be sure to inspect the room before you commit to staying here.

The first room I was assigned had clearly been smoked in. The staff was very kind and got me a new room. The second room didn't smell as bad, but there were cigarette burns in the comforter and a dead bug on my bathroom sink. The living room area didn't have a light and the place couldn't have been more bare bones. I would not return.

Beds were comfortable, including the pullout couch. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. They accommodated us whenever we needed something that wasn't in our room.

Staff is great, large rooms, clean grounds for the most part. Cleanliness could get a bit of a step up, but ok. If you came to visit in past years here you probably wouldn't have wanted to come back but I actually feel safe here, there's all different walks of life here as far as people go, and I would recommend staying here.

I like that the staff is friendly and the area is quiet. Well mostly. I don't like that it takes a week to get your deposit back depending on your bank. Overall a good sized room with a stovetop for a decent price.

No toilet paper, no shampoo or soap bars, dirt around head of bed on the floor. Cleaning solution left in room. Guess at least i know they tried to disinfect the place. Bed was at least clean with no bugs not to noisy. Staff was top notch and extremely helpful

Functional, not fancy, but fine

It's four walls and a ceiling, dry, mostly clean, functional. My key card REPEATEDLY didn't work, but they front desk was always cheerful in getting it fixed. The keycards RARELY worked on the car gate.

good place but not great

although a room cleaning was scheduled for mid-stay, it was never done, at all. i had to ask for clean towels and given only 2! we were there for 7 days, I asked the cleaning lady for a room cleaning, she never came after assuring me it would be done. other than that everything else was ok. there were some questionable looking guys going in and out the doors using rocks to prop them open, but they never bothered anybody. more security needed around the property. breakfasts were great.

Ill have to say this was the worst experience ive had. Room was dirty floors weren't moped smelled like cigarettes nasty, bathtub shower was dirty with mold the stairs and elevator doesn't look like they been cleaned in years. The manager, isnt very helpful, just the worst stay ever ive had will never go there again or say anything more. The front desk folks the two i had contact with were very friendly and accommodating. No pics sorry was to pissed. I should have left, but my issue short to find somewhere else, as was a very busy trip

I wasn't told by Expedia or by the property that if I showed up after six they would cancel my reservation. So, at 9pm after traveling all day, we show up and the guy at the front says my name isn't on the manifest. I confirmed the address with him and he told me about the cancellation policy. I had to find alternative accommodations and the guy at the front wouldn't even let me stay in the front office area to find a hotel that would take us. I had to do that outside in the cold. We ended up at the Woodspring Suites in Littleton, which turned out to be far from paradise, but was at least in a safe area, clean, and had an available room.

Was very quiet. Did not get bothered by anyone. The parking for the building I stayed in was very tiny and hard to get in and out of. The room was decent, but could’ve been cleaner as far as the floors leaving my socks complete black, hair on the shower walls before I even used it, and the bedding having black stuff (maybe lent?) all over it. On my check out day, I was showering getting ready to check out and housekeeping was knocking on my door continuously 45 minutes before my scheduled check out until I got out of the shower and answered the door just to tell me I needed to check out, and I had to argue with her that my check out time was not for another 45 minutes.
