Nice room, spacious, and clean. Stayed one night. It was a little challenging figuring things out and where everything was. I was expecting the garage structure (which was across from building we stayed in) code to be sent with check-in instructions. Turns out the pass for garage is inside room once checked in. Other than that everything was satisfactory. We'd stay there again.

Location was perfect! We were there for a Rockies game and Coors Field was within walking distance (0.5 mile). The grounds were getting worked on and are starting to look great! The room was clean and beautiful.

Kasa property is perfect for couples, families, or singles on short or long trips. The location was perfect. Right downtown in walking distance of bars, stores, restaurants, and the Rockies stadium. Lots of amenities and the room size and functionality outpaces any hotel.

Amazing rooms, but awful parking!

We absolutely loved the apartment - plenty of space for our family of 5, and super comfortable - but the parking is awful. Be prepared to walk 5 - 10 minutes, carrying your stuff and any kids too exhausted to walk themselves, no matter what weather. If you're not traveling with a car though, i absolutely recommend!

The property was very nice. The apt was very nice, clean, quiet. The apt had all the amenities. Reserved parking in the garage was great, as outside parking on the property is very limited. Though, with the construction going on, this gave way to parking on the street. Definitely would stay there again.
