"No water for two days. Cold water after that for a further day. No activities for adults or children but was described in all inclusive. Lock on door not working - breach of security. No food available between meal times even though there should have been on the all inclusive plan. Meal was set menu. No Wi Fi for whole period. Refused to let us change room despite no water and a door that didn’t lock. No tables of umbrellas at outside bar - just chairs as tables and umbrrrllas were not delivered yet so could not dine or drink outside by beach bar "
