Room was not very clean, reserved a city view room with had a view of parking garage and side of 2 buildings of which windows had to stay closed and not useful due to being tremendously dirty and smudged. Obvious water damage seen of walls with curtains when open, glass door in bathroom not wiped ...

When they advertise the hotel it look very new but when you check-in the hotel look old. The Reception is very nice but the bell boy don't do anything. When you need help with your suitcase. They just sitting around playing with their phone. They have not much Amenities
