"We had no water or ice, the breakfast in the morning was very terrible. All there was , yogurt, pancakes, cut up fruit, coffee was horrible. Sorry to say, I was expecting a lot more for the price I paid."

"This hotel is located in a walkable area with many restaurants and amenities nearby. Stayed on the 6th floor which had a great view of the city and mountains. The bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. but.....upon entering the room there was a musty smell. we initially assumed it was the cleaning products and we couldn't find anyway to open the windows for fresh air. we were too exhausted to change rooms. The following morning waking up we walked into the restroom to see the mold and dirty shower, and oddly a sink in the shower was a feature that seemed prison-esque. The hotel appears much older and dated than its recent remodel. The lighting is cold and not charming. I was really hoping for a better stay given the location....the mold and rusty metal design really missed the mark for comfort and hospitality. I think they were going for ace hotel vibes but instead landed at uhaul storage. I'd avoid this hotel until it undergoes a renovation."

"The Resort, itself, was beautiful, but no variety in terms of Restaurants and onsite entertainment after dinner time. The one lounging area was great in terms of drinks and had a karaoke style showcase/singer on the weekends. The rooms were well maintained and reset daily. The Spa needs more help in terms of staff and direction to its guest in checking in, and smelled a bit while walking around, especially considering the pricing. The shuttle services around the resort were great and most of the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the resort. Overall, it was a great experience, if you want to relax, but not much to do for younger folks."

"1. Shower hot water was difficult to use. 2. Staff relatively unhelpful with early checkin. 3. Housecleaning poor with leaving door to adjacent room unlocked, trying to enter room to clean with little or no notice before 8am. 4. Difficult non-existent parking for checkin and guests. 5. Poor maps and directions for room and restaurant locations. 6. Poor locations for restaurant and bar resources. 7. Generally front desk staff not up to standard of a five star hotel."

"The valet staff were excellent and friendly. The Zuzu not so much. And the happy hour drink offerings were sparse. The room was large, clean and well appointed. Housekeeping was also very attentive and friendly. Really appreciated the complimentary bottled water. We weren't sure.if the snacks were also complimentary because there was no info on that. Good value for a very elegant, quiet and modernized resort. I would definitely stay again if in the area."
