"Stayed in the self contained 1br. Large and spacious. Staff were very friendly, helpful and great at communicating via email prior to and during stay. organising pick up via bus and having our SIM cards delivered was a breeze. It’s a few minutes walk from the shuttle bus and a handful of restaurants and bars. About 5 mins to the gondola with the shuttle. My only criticisms are that the walls are so thin that I thought the neighbours phone vibrations were my own, and whilst the shower size was...

"We had a great stay at Absolute Niseko. Close to the slopes and central to the town and all needs. Easy to access. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in tatami rooms. Only suggestion would be a pillow upgrade. There is an Onsen converted into a shower which is nice and refreshing. Great common area. We would stay again. Good cooking facilities as well. "

"清潔感のあるとても綺麗な施設でした。洗濯機まで備えて頂いてるのがとても助かります。今時期は汗かいてもすぐに洗濯する事ができるので。食器洗い機までついていて食事後の食器洗いの手間もなくとても便利です。 ただ、今年の夏は少し暑かったようなのでエアコンがついてなくて扇風機1台だと少し暑い気はしました、、。 それ以外はとても良い施設だと思うのでまたぜひ次回も利用させて頂きたいと思います。 楽しく旅行する事が出来ました。 ありがとうございました。"

"BAD. The WORST!! 1. First of all, no one is professional in this place. No one was there to check me in when I arrived. So that was a bad first impression. 2. Rooms do not have proper heater. They use gasoline oil heater and the rooms smell like gas station with old car engines burning. I did not feel safe sleeping in the room that smells like that. "Great breakfast options. Japanese, western or buffet. I chose western. Premium fresh fruits, pastries, famous Hokkaido milk, different juices and many more. The outdoor onsen is beautiful. Our room with lake view, we could see the lakeside fireworks at night and beautiful sunrise in the morning. The best of all, they let us check in early since our room is ready. And the check out time is not till 12 pm. White gloves staff services through out the hotel. The room is extremely clean. We would definitely will come back. "
