"The staff greeted us at Caticlan airport and we had a hassle-free transfer all the way to the hotel.
Checking in was quick. We could choose our option for plated breakfast with local/continental items available (you can change your option daily).
The room was decently sized and, although I think it could benefit from some extra care, it was always clean and attended to all our needs. Bathroom is spacious, shower pressure on the lower side.
