"Modern motel with a touch of class that is incredibly clean, comfortable and warm. Communication was great and it was easy to arrange a late check in and early check out. Wish we could've stayed longer, and will definitely stay again when we're in the area! Any motel looking to refurb should look at Hara Hotel as a beautiful example of what can be done! "

"Beautiful tranquil spot by the river. The cabin had everything we needed and was close to Bright and Mt Buffalo, and the staff are super lovely. Will definitely stay again!"

"It’s an immaculate place, convenient and central from all places around. Kulbir and Avatar are excellent hosts and a lovely friendly couple and very helpful. My mum went for a morning walk to the park close by on all days we stayed there. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"nice room, nice breakfast, dinner also great. only hot water not stable"

"Everything was very nice. The photos online do not do justice of the actual room. In reality the rooms are better. The only feedback i would give is to have more hot water for the room with the spa. We filled it once but then there was not enough hot water to maintain the right temperature of the water."

"This was our second stay at Summit Ridge and we had absolutely no complaints at all. Although both of us had miserable health issues during our stay the accommodation and attention from Anne and Keith was first class. Already planning our return next year."
