"The only bad thing we experienced was A meeting room. We asked the front desk if we could use a meeting room. They said sure, no problem. We used it for a few hours and were happy. The next day a manager came running after us saying we owed $290 for the room rental. My room for the night was only $95! When we asked, nobody said anything about a charge. They eventually dropped the charge but it left a bad impression. Also, they don’t accept international credit cards even though their web site...

"I did not like the condition that in the morning they don’t clean the room, it was my wedding day and I needed the room cleaned for pictures. After a lot of talking they send someone (staff) to clean that made us very clear that she was not happy to do it!! Second they have iron for clothes in the rooms. Anything you have to pay to ironed! "Hotel manager was very helpful. We had to change our reservations due to contacting Covid and it was not great with Hotels.com talking to the hotel, but our local associates managed to change the reservations without penalty and then we had our returning flight cancelled, so needed to add another day. Management was helpful."
