"大人4名でベッドが４台の部屋に宿泊しました。富士山ビューのお部屋で景色はすごく良かったです。ただ、ベッド４台のせいかすごく狭く感じました。椅子も２つしか無く残りの2人はベッドの上に座わるようなってしまったので残念です。夕食と朝食はバイキングでどの料理もすごく美味しく大満足です。大浴場からも富士山が見えました。お湯の温度も熱くもなく私の好みで丁度良かったです。また宿泊したいホテルです。"

"Extraordinary service and hospitality! Facilities, wine tasting lounge and drum show were unique and enjoyable. Plenty of space for all guests except during drumming show Sunday evenings - Our only frustration was the poor internet service - we had a bit of medical work to handle and could not connect to and maintain connection with internet in our rooms. Our onsen and room was fabulous. "

"This hotel was great with a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji. Restaurant options for breakfast and dinner were top notch. We really enjoyed the food. We also appreciated the on site gift shop which was also a small market. Good selection of snacks and beverages. The staff was excellent and very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is a little remote (at the top of a steep hill). If you don't have your own car, it can be a bit of a challenge getting around, and relying on the shuttle. "

"Exceptional view to Mt Fuji from the roof terrace and from some bedrooms. Very helpful and polite staff. The breakfast is not great but is ok. Surprisingly, the hotel restaurant is near the station (15 min walk) but this is ok because the hotel provides transport. The food there is very good. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again."

"After hiking Mt Fuji this spot was a great place to rest and recover. The staff that greeted us were extremely friendly and helpful. We checked in to our large room that was clean and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the dinner buffet in the evening and then the breakfast buffet in the morning.
