"The hotel was lovely, staff friendly and the food was delicious. We arrived after 6 hours of driving on a motorbike in torrential rain. The staff were so helpfull allowed us to put all our wet kit in the drying rooms. We couldnt have wished for a better hotel. Thankyou to you all."

I appreciated the front desk service and the help that I received when there was an issue with the wi-fi. The bathroom is a good size. Good shower pressure. Breakfast was excellent. Good location about an 8 min walk from the train station. Walk to Mannheim Water Tower and other attractions. Tram stop just up from the hotel takes you to Palace, Jesuit Church etc. Supermarket two blocks away. No complaints at all. Highly...
