"Room was clean, only stayed one night. Front desk staff was dismissive and lacked empathy on our unique situation of extremely delayed flight resulting in a delayed check-in. Traveling as a family with small children, no assistance with helping us problem solve even after explaining the chaotic adventure we experienced to get to the hotel for check-in after hours. Another staff member overheard and was able to assist after all and of course once I attempted to cancel my reservation and retrieve...

"En general todo perfecto, ubicación buenísima a 2 minutos de la playa y zona muy tranquila, el apartamento es muy agradable , bastante espacioso, terraza con vistas a la piscina y a la playa , personal era muy servicial y amable, la limpieza también era muy buena, teníamos media pensión y bastante bien la comida era buena, la única pega que tardaban mucho en servirla todos los días 2 horas para comer, por lo demás todo genial, repetiremos seguro."
