"The phone was disconnected, the TV didn't work, there were a lot of locals in the hotel just hanging and drinking .
I asked for my phone to be fix and the ignored me.
A kid that wasn't staying at the hotel was in the pool and was really aggressive tours my daughter."

"Caro per il servizio dato .Sono stata un po delusa della camera perché non c'era dove appendere la doccia ed il coperchio del water erea rotto , poi prima di lasciare la camera mentre eravamo a fare la colazione ci hanno ritirato le salviette e non le hanno riposte pulite e noi potevamo lasciare la stanza alle 12 ."
