"My family stayed for 2 nights during a long road trip. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby, pool and breakfast was clean and well maintained. The rooms on the other hand need a lot of work in the cleaning department. "We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Victorian. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is some train noise but we didn’t hear it after 11 pm so it didn’t bother us or disturb our sleep. Breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend!"

"Room was clean and ground floor accessible, so no elevators or luggage hauling. However, the pool was not operational, and there was nobody to turn the keys into and check out with the next morning, and much of the breakfast stuff was gone although we were there more than an hour before they closed."

Then a scary man came next to my car on his bike and stared at my kids and I until we pulled off and went to find immediate alternatives for our trip. "

"my husband and I stayed 1 night it was wonderful. if ever we are passing thru that part of Kentucky again it is at the top of my list of places to stay. the couple that own and run the property were so kind. my husband is very particular about his coffee and what was served with the truly yummy breakfast he said was the best cup he has had this trip."
