"Overall, the resort is beautiful. I’m not sure if it’s just the culture or if the staff needs additional training in responding to guest requests in a timely fashion. "We loved our stay here. The rooms are clean and modern with good AC and wifi, hot shower, and comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was very good. Menu selection changed a bit every day and service was outstanding. Dinner was also very good - we ate there twice during our stay. It's a short walk to the beach, with good snorkeling there, or very reasonable rates to join a snorkel tour through the hotel dive shop."
