Not only did they not have my booking, which I had made through expedia two months prior to my travel date, the room they finally gave me was tiny in which you could barely move around. I had paid for a suite which is close to 600sqft in size. Everything was filthy. In another room that a friend had booked, there were questionable stains on the chair which looked disgusting.
