"Très bel hôtel super bien situé pour le ski: en face de l'arrêt de bus et à distance de marche du téléphérique. La chambre est énorme et très confortable, très bien conçue pour une semaine de ski (malheureusement je n'y était que pour le weekend). Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, par contre je n'ai pas eu la chance de dîner sur place, c'était complet. L'espace wellness est bien, par contre les saunas sont un peu petits, j'ai carrément dû "faire la queue" pour avoir une place. Petite...

"We had a great 3-night stay! The location was excellent, right next to the ski bus and the ski lift. The parking garage was very convenient, the apartment was spacious and clean, and the spa area was nice. Staff very friendly. The only small downside (I’ve given the same feedback to other alpine chalets in Austria as well, for some reason, this is usually the case and differs from chalets in the Italian and French Alps) is that it would be nice if the apartment equipment included basic cooking...

"This hotel is not a four star hotel. It is aged but most importantly lacks any show of being well managed. Everything has to be asked for (no third bed in room on arrival despite booking triple occupancy then no towels). The staff did not even put a refuse bin the room or a liner in the lavatory bin. Daily confusion over a table for breakfast was frustrating. Beware the layout as some builinga a considerable way from each other. Brand is a fabulous village, the Walliserhoff is not a fabulous...
