Nice hotel, definitely one of the best options in Monrovia. A bit dated in places, but the rooms are pleasant, staff helpful and the public areas are well maintained. Also right next door to Mamba Point, which opens up further good dining options.

Scarlett Apartments is a home away from home.

The room was cleaned every day and beds made as well as fresh towels. The food and service was very good. I will stay here again on my next business trip.

Great location.Centrally located and close to City Centre. A massive and clean room with free WiFi and internet TV channel. Comfortable bed. Staff was always willing to help. Great bar and restaurant. Most order came quickly as expected.
