"Friendly and clean."

"The resort is clean and there is a lot of amenities. We stayed here during a trip to Silverwood. There is nothing wrong with this resort it just wasn't ideal for this. The beds were not super comfortable but not terrible. There is no coffee in the rooms, there is a pot but you have to bring your own (which we didn't). My biggest complaint was that after 2 days at Silverwood my two teenage daughters were really looking forward to the hot tub. We got back and got our swimsuits on only to be...

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Several choices and plenty of it! I usually went down for breakfast a little later. There were always plenty of hot options still available. Easy parking and great restaurant next door."

"Check in was problematic. We were given the wrong room which led to uncomfortable conversations with the other guests in “our” room. The signage outside says this is a bed and breakfast, which it’s not anymore. This was very disappointing. The facility is set up so well for this. I hope they bring it back. "

"Wonderful stay! Rooms were well layed out and clean! Sad about no breakfast, but the local grocery store was just a stones throw away and convenient for a quick breakfast as well as close restaurants within walking distance! Stayed 3 nights and we will definitely stay again!"
