"The staff, rooms, and hotel in general were very nice. The casino was not up to our expectations. Most of the staff were nice with the exception of the lady at the rewards counter. They installing a new sign so only one person was available. She clearly did not want to be there. Very rude attitude and short. Because of this woman making our experience less than desirable and tables being closed untill 6 or 7 and the minimum go up shortly after that. We will not go back."
