Hotels.com tried to contact the hotel's manager (Mme Maouche) twice. She cut them off and did not want to answer the calls. They let us go to the room, and we were told we would be contacted by Mme Maouche. We waited very late at night. NO calls. She ignored us completely. That was a very stressful night. The next day, in the morning, the receptionist told us that the payment was accepted without any explanation. We asked for the manager. They just told us that the manager is not available.
