They sent a technician twice to address the hot water issue, although it was never fully resolved. This place is not really suitable for five people unless you're comfortable being very cramped. The double sofa bed felt like sleeping on plywood, and the twin bed was simply a mattress on the floor. "Adorei me hospedar nesse apartamento! Ele é lindo, super bem decorado e muito aconchegante, daqueles lugares que fazem a gente se sentir em casa mesmo longe. Tudo estava bem limpo e organizado, o que deixou a estadia ainda mais agradável. A localização em Ipanema é ótima, perto de tudo e bem fácil de se locomover. O anfitrião também foi muito atencioso e prestativo durante toda a estadia. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo sem dúvidas! "
