"They let me check in late,which was good,but i did not get credited toward my rewards for the night,because they told hotels.com and me that they didn't havr record of my staying there,which was unfortunate,because i was low on money and it would have been my 10th night,and i was depending on the free night in another city Tje hostel was ok,but if you really need to collect nights,look elsewhere"

"Parkkialue talvella todella pieni. Aamupalalla kannattaa varautua taustalla voimakkaasti soivaan teknomusiikkiin. Huone oli koko viikon todella likainen vaikka siivooja kävi päivittäin. Pyydettäessä lisä siivousta harjasivat vain lattian. Henkilökunta puhui huonosti englantia. Vastaanotto aukesi vasta klo 7. Spa osastolla ei ole hierontaa. (Finnish sauna) saunassa ei saa heittää vettä kiukaalle."

"Nice location and hotel with a good restaurant on site. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome! Only issue we had is there was no AC as the hotel advertised. "

Every month I travel for work in Sofia and in the future I will stay only in this apartment. There is not a gathering of many people here. Disinfect regularly every day. The beds are very comfortable to sleep. Mattresses and pillows are disinfected and smell fresh. The apartment is furnished with new furniture. I have everything I need and I feel at home. The hosts are wonderful...
