"There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. "Elektriciteitskabels hingen uit het plafond. Werd nooit gefikst. Ook niet na aanvraag. Licht woonkamer was stuk bij aankomst. Werd pas na een paar dagen gerepareerd. Ik had slaapbanken maar dat waren de slechtsten waar ik ooit op heb geslapen. Bij aankomst was ik €50 euro borg vergeten mee te nemen maar dat kon ik bij de receptie niet pinnen. Moest naar buiten naar rechts voor pinautomaat. Eerste keer daar. Geen idee hoever naar rechts geen enkele aanwijzing. moest 2 keer lopen want was...
