"First of all, the front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. With that being said Dear Expedia..I received confirmation of my reservation from you, yet when we arrived it wasn't registered at the hotel. It took one of the ladies almost 20 minutes to get it registered. She said this does happen from time to time. The check in process seemed to be a little time consuming for everyone that I saw. We were in for 511. It was clean and the bed was OK. My husbands side of the bed made a noise...

"Over all a great place. Pool table, nice gym, clean room. All showers are walk, so no tubs which is is great for elderly. The mattresses could be better and the pillows were a bit sad, but overall, is stay here again. This is my second stay with Tru and I feel is a good reliable brand with a great hot breakfast."
