"They were helpful and kind. We were a planned check in but our flight was delayed and we checked in even later and they were so kind. We had originally booked a King Suite and our daughter was going to sleep on the couch but there were 2 queen beds so it was a blessing in disguise as the couch wasn't meant for sleeping! The amenities were clean and we wished we had time to try them (pool and gym). The location was perfect for getting rides and getting dropped off. There is also a CVS attached...

"We stayed here twice. Each time to attend a medical appointment at U of L Hospital the next morning. We have a long drive, and coming the day before reduces a lot of stress. This hotel was just what we needed. Clean, safe, easy parking, staff was helpful to our needs and my husband's support dog was welcome. Easy checkout and very short drive to hospital."

I want to give a special recognition to the assistant manager and manager Nick and Kyla for being able to work with me and get me a room after Expedia confirmed my reservation but the hotel never received it. I had booked months ahead of time for a 5 day trip during a busy week because of the festival and everything was booked so without their help we would have had trouble finding accommodations last minute.
