"Upon arrival, the signage to the property was well lit, and welcoming. The parking lot was marked well, and well lit. The front desk, and lobby area appeared to be clean and welcoming. I was assigned a first floor room. Upon arrival to the room I noticed it wasn't as clean as I would have liked, but was not worth a fuss. The bathroom had a pretty definite sewer gas smell that would not go away. I turned on the fan and let it run the whole time. The room was not the cleanest, but appeared to...

"1st, was placed next to a bunch of construction groups (noisy), 2nd: TV was broke, 3rd: no glasses to even get a drink of water, 4th: toilet wouldn't flush right, 5th: ABSOLUTLY NOTHING FOR BREAKFAST, no coffee, no rolls, and no staff to be found at 7am, this was a train wreck........................................... "

"The Tiskilwa Inn is nicely restored mansion originally built in 1848. It has 5 guest rooms, all recently refurbished in the finest style. Our first night we were the only guests so it felt like our own private stately home. I want to go back so I can stay in each of the other four rooms."
