"I recently spent three nights at Quest Cronulla and really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, with the beach and some great coastal walks right on the doorstep. ​The room was clean and well-kept, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. While the nearby pub can be a bit noisy late in the evening, I didn't find it to be too bad. It was a convenient spot for my trip and I would happily stay there again."

Despite our arrival time coinciding with that of other guests, the staff seemed rushed to check us in, prioritizing the next guests over us. "The hotel itself is very old and needs to be updated. Shower is too small and not modern enough. Room lights are confusing and need to be sorted out. Noise of Fan in bathroom didn't stop all night. I wouldn't recommend staying again."

"Great location, Westfield Liverpool just 2 mins down the road. Plenty of shopping areas and a great coffee shop near Monarch on the other side of the road (past Liverpool Plaza). Washing machine and dryer included, as well as toiletries. Only downside is that if you arrive late back from an outing at night there will probably be no carparks left."

Upon entering our room we smelled a bad odor but decided it might be something coming from next door then we noticed quite a bit of wear/tear on the room… We seriously thoght about leaving then and we should have much to our regret !!! Then after deciding to take a nap and turning the bed back we discovered there was no mattress pad so we notified the front desk and housekeeping had to completely remake...
