"Fantastic 4* hotel with were very helpful staff (especially at the front desk). The room was big and very clean with a decent balcony. The only room issues were: the lack of a coffee machine, which is sort of required in any decent hotel these days (having the balcony with a relaxing view of the lovely garden and no way to sit with a coffee in the morning or evenings and enjoy it was a pain); also having 2 single beds put together, no matter how big they are, is not ideal. "This hotel was amazing! The location is right next to the beautiful cathedral in the heart of the old city so is within walking distance from many main streets and side street cafes and shops. Angela and Alicia at the front desk were especially kind and helpful. We wanted to take a tour of the bodega but several, including Tio Pepe were booked. Angela called the Fundadore Bodega and was able to book us into the 7:00 pm (1900 h) tour which was incredibly informative and enjoyable! The...

"Muy bien situado, en pleno centro junto al casco antiguo, mercado municipal, bares de tapeo, tiendas, supermercados, parada autobuses delante de la puerta, para poder moverte, la piscina es adecuada y bonita, habitaciones sin vistas eso sí, limpieza cada día, ofrecen toallas gratis para piscina. Precio asequible recepción amables."

"It was a one night stay prior to moving on. It was very late when we arrived as our train was delayed. We entered the building with the code - when we reached the room the code did not work. However we rang the help number , it was answered immediately & given an upgrade to a lovely suite. Everything was fine."

"Die sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit ist wirklich top. Die Unterkunft ist an einem schönen Gelegenen Ort und man kann den Bahnhof sowie alle öffentlichen Gebäude gut zufuss erreichen. Ich fand es persönlich nur sehr laut, also wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, für den ist diese Unterkunft eher nichts. "
