"A Lovely Family Stay – We’ll Definitely Be Back!
We stayed for four nights in apartment 906 and had a lovely time. The resort has so much to offer, with plenty of activities for both adults and children, making it a fantastic destination for families.
The onsite Kids’ Club was a massive bonus, particularly as it was completely free! The swimming pool and adults-only thermal spa were both lovely, and the pool was especially enjoyable in the evenings. The fact that it stays open until 9.30pm is a real bonus when travelling with children.
The only thing we would change next time would be the size of the apartment. We booked a 2.5-bedroom apartment, but in reality, it felt more like a one-bedroom apartment, as the second sleeping area consisted of a fold-out bed in the living room. If you’re travelling as a family, we’d definitely recommend opting for a 3.5-bedroom apartment to give yourselves a little more space.
The location is also fantastic. Brunnen is just a short hike down the mountain or around five minutes away by bus, and it’s a lovely little town to explore. Lucerne is only around a 30-minute drive away and is absolutely beautiful, making it well worth a visit.
Overall, we’ve had a fantastic four-night stay. There’s so much to keep the whole family entertained, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the resort to other families.
We’ll definitely be back!"
"Still the best deal for a stylish and no-frills stay in the city. Great location. Rooms have no closet ( a hanging wall instead), no fridge, no safe. Breakfast is overpriced but there are good options in walking distance. Priced accordingly, so recommended with caution."
"The spa is the best I’ve seen and experienced in my years of traveling the world!! The views at the hotel are spectacular!! The food was fantastic!! The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful! Most definitely will return! Thank you Panorama Resort and Spa for such an amazing time and experience!!"
"being able to self check in was really good and nice. we really enjoyed that. but it would be nice to have a number at the front desk in case you need someone. the tv in our room wasn't working and we were unable to speak to someone for help."
"Roomy, updated room/bathroom with balcony. Terrific fresh breakfast. Use of e-bike or city bike available. Lots of hiking accessible, 10 min walk to Therme, 15 min to train station. No car needed!"
"Dear black travelers, this is . Switzerland made me feel like home away from home, at this hotel specifically. We had an amazing time here! The staff is very friendly and speaks English well. The breakfast hours are 0630-1030 and the selection is very nice. They had a mix of traditional american choices (bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs, toast, yogurt) and European choices (assorted seeds and nuts, many different types of breads and crossants, ham, salami, cured meats, and cheese). The casino is a decent size. It has a couple blackjack tables, roulette, and 1 table thats the equivalent to ultimate Texas holdem. Then ofcourse an assortment of slots. The restaurant is also pretty good. When you go in your room there may be a large circular paper that looks like a casino chip. You can use 1 per day, per person. Ensure you take it daily to the check in desk in the casino or cashiers cage if the promotion is going on. Its 10 free CHF. They also offer discounts for the waterpark thats a short walk away. The room was comfortable and the shower water was very very very hot. Be careful. The bathroom could have been cleaner but it wasnt too horrible."
