"The hotel in general was great, well kept, clean, with lots of amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful, went out of their way to help me with my questions. There are complimentary transportation services I didn’t expect. My room was upgraded without me asking for anything. It was an overall great experience "

"Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service! Parked and immediately greeted by the host who called a shuttle to take us up to the lobby. On the way we stopped to see a sloth in the trees as well as a pair of macaws. They took our luggage and guided us into the restaurant with amazing views. They had pre prepared cocktails for us, a eucalyptus wet towel, and went over their amenities and services they provide. The room was very spacious, clean, incredibly comfortable .pool was great. "Great place really friendly staff"

"The staff made this vacation stay exceptional for us. The kindness went beyond what we could’ve imagined. The food here was better than the restaurants we’ve tried outside of the hotel. And the morning sunrise views were immaculate. The free breakfast included with the stay was great! And the monkeys swinging from tree to tree while eating was definitely exciting to watch. I highly recommend this stay if you’re in the area. "

"This place is amazing. So cool, boutique, unique, and posh yet understated. We loved our bungalow and would definitely recommend it. Plus, the on-site bar and restaurant was great! All in all a fantastic stay!"

"Great place"

"Stayed in the Townhouse suite and it was absolutely amazing! So comfy and beautiful and they restocked snacks and water for me daily. The food at the resort was so good and I felt very taken care of and safe here. They even decorated the place for my husbands birthday! 10/10 service. The butlers went above and beyond."

"We loved it! Walking distance to the beach. Food from the restaurant delicious and cheap, family friendly really fair price. The only down side are the towels they need to be replace becuase they are old. And will be good if they are two diffrent color from the room and swimming pool. "
