"I give this four stars with an asterisk. The pictures online do not give a good representation of the age of this place. It was clean, but ancient. It took a loooooong time for the water to heat up. The bed was comfortable, I'll give you that. But the floors were hard and cold (no carpet). Teeny little flimsy lamp on one side of the bed and a monster wooden one that had to be 40 years old on the other. The wall space heater worked well. But there was painted styrofoam insulation tucked in around...

"When we arrived, it looked like a scary place, the room area down the street looked abandoned and not like the pictures. We did NOT feel safe, We kept driving and chalked up as a lesson learned not to trust pictures. We gave up our paid night stay rather than take a chance on being assaulted or robbed. We felt unsafe."

"Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Next door to a good restaurant and was a short walk to everything in town. Tons of trails nearby and about 20 minutes from the hot spring in Saratoga. "

"Stunk of Staley cigarette smoke. Thin hard pillows. Very loud heating Unit. No breakfast but was told their would be coffee available. At 0800, door locked and no coffee available. Generally a very run down facility. Probably the worst motel in town."
