"Room was gross. The shower had black mold and there were cockroaches in the room. I was kind of surprised to not see bed bugs. The waffle maker was broken as was the juice machine. Two thumbs down."

"I was not able to use the gym or other features while I was there, but my room had mold in several spots both in the bathroom and main sleeping space. It was like this when I stayed here two years ago and upon talking to some of the cleaning staff they told me all the rooms were like that. I mentioned my shower did not have a shower liner to keep the water in and they confirmed my suspicions that none of the rooms had one. I called hotels.com for help They were of absolutely no help. I had to find another place to stay in Carrollton for my three days there."
