"We ordered this hotel on hotles website. The hotel was OK but not great. The water in the shower had no pressure and wasn't hot. The air-conditioning worked but was loud. Even though it's wrotten that breakfast is included it isn't definitely not buffet. we paid for dry cornflakes."

"I would say you get exactly what you paid for here. It’s a cheap hotel. My bedsheets were dirty, my towel had multiple stains, everything was dusty, and the bathroom had leaking water and areas of mold. The only positive thing here was the friendly staff, the food service, and a sweet welcome gesture with snacks and water. Would recommend if you only need a place to leave your luggage. "

"Close to New Delhi Railway Station, arrival from and departure to the Airport are very agreable. N. B.: For Air-India-flights check-in of the luggage can be done at the New Delhi Airport Express Line Metro Station!!! Around the hotel you find everything you may need: Restaurants of each category, supermarket, beauty saloon, wine store ... Staff is very friendly and helpful !"

"The Airport Shuttle was timely arranged and the staff were super friendly. They were on top of my flight schedules and made sure Everything went Smooth. It’s a good distance from the Airport. My Trip was very nice and the Hotel City Star helped it make alot easier. I recommend this Hotel."
