"Always stay here when in Chester because of the location and great breakfast. Unfortunately breakfast not up to usual standard but the staff dealt with it promptly. Also room had a drainsge smell when we arrived but the receptionist dealt with it promptly and gave us a free upgrade and a courtesy drink at the bar. Don't remember her name but very impressed "

The young receptionist was very friendly with lovely eyebrows.Evening staff in restant were extremely friendly especially the very pretty blond who was on both evenings. "Staying at Willington Hall was a lovely experience in terms of hospitality, nothing was too much trouble for the team. However, our room wasn't the cleanest. The four poster bed was extremely dusty and the windows were full of cobwebs, dead and living spiders. Dead flies, were on both the windows sills and floor to the bathroom. I did complain about this upon leaving and received an apology. The hotel is really lovely, just disappointed about our room."
