"They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F weather. Speaking of cold. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm we discovered there was no heater in the room. It took four trips to the office spread over two hours before they brought a heater. The heater was a propane heater that was almost empty. The instructions said to only use it in a...

"I love the customer service that they have, their staff was more than attentive and kind towards me. Nidia, Alfredo, Isaac, Haydee, Viviana, Jessica, Miriam anf their drivers made my stay wonderful."

"Overall this is the nicest hotel in the area. The pool area was nice. The dining area/bar was great. The rooms were decent for the price we paid. We got the cheapest tier of room with 2 beds. It was nice. The only complaint we had was there is no microwave or mini fridge in the room but the kitchen staff heated food for us. The staff was friendly and everything went smooth. The parking garage is nice, just very small and tight but its nice to have. "
