"I have stayed at Siam@Siam many times.. I feel like I've written this review before and have dejavu! I keep coming back. I love the location, the design/decor of the rooms, and the service. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, the pool areas are perfect for chilling with a view that I would like to see every single day. Great hotel!"

"Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this...

"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"Property could use some upgrades. Better handicap features. Hand rails in shower both sides of all stairs slip resistant tile in shower. Breakfast was good plentiful tasty. Excellent personal all around. Shoutout to housekeeper. Will stay again when coming to Pattaya. "
