But first experience from 25 years of my travel life , after they charged and insulted by email with a picture of chipped coffee cup. 100% sure , we kept both cup safer and sure it’s happened by their cleaning staff. I’m staying at luxurious hotels atleast 100 days in a years for business purposes. Never experienced like this."

"Clean newish hotel. Room a good size. Staff friendly. Airport shuttle pickup very good. Disappointing going to airport. As. Soon as we arrived at hotel tried to book next morning shuttle and it was booked out. Shuttle runs hourly for the 15 minute trip , so I think at peak time they could run at 30 minutes. It appeared that they have 2 shuttle buses at their disposal."

"I was very disappointed in this stay as there was dirty rooms and no soup in the kitchen to wash your hands,could not even take shower as there were no shampoo or conditioners in the shower,also there was a small refrigerator which door was open and could not use it, would not ever stay there again "

"We had a lot of issues during his stay, as the lifts were not working for the majority of the evening. My guest actually has a pelvis injury and so this made the stay very difficult, and had to travel up and down 24 flights of stairs to reach his room. This is a very disappointing outcome for a modern hotel who should not have these issues. It also causes concern for anyone with accessibility requirements. "
