"For $350 for the night, the room was very dated and extremely basic. The sofa bed was all frame and the metal squeaked when you moved. The shower did not work. You could turn the water on, but the pull-up knob to turn the shower on did not work. The ac window unit was noisy and there was an extremely bright security light from the parking lot that shone directly in the window. Very tough to block out. I would not stay at this hotel again."

"The staff that we came in contact with was nice. The room at first appearance looked clean, however we quickly started noticing things that were not. The bathroom had what appeared to be a large area of mold around the light and we noticed hair and smears on the walls of the bathroom. We will not be staying at this Tru location again."

"An actual health violation. Opened the door to the room and cockroaches started scattering everywhere!! Walked right out. I stay at a lot of hotels every weekend for work and this is the first place I’ve seen this bad, it honestly needs to be shut down. I saw other reviews saying they had roaches but I saw management reply and say they will have their pest service back out so I figured I’d give it a try as most other hotels in the area also had negative reviews… guess that “pest service” isn’t...
