"The main resort and grounds are lovely, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We stayed in the Cliffs above the cottages of the main resort, which offers gorgeous views of the red cliffs. The first floor king room was fairly small, but nicely appointed. It doesn’t afford you a private balcony, only chairs and a table outside the door of a walkway, so when you have the curtains open to enjoy the views, people are walking by. We gave a lower rating for this and the lack of sound...

"Our room was in a separate building than the one we went to in order to check-in. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and there were no luggage carts. On check-out day, housekeeping came twice to turnover the room before we checked out. They came around 8:30 and again at 9:20. We just felt rushed to get out, even though check-out wasn’t until 11:00. The room was clean and comfortable though."
