"The whole concept of stoked is great. Unfortunately it plays out a little different in reality. Upon arriving we were informed that we’d booked the basic package which came with a tent and no sleeping bag or mat. Obviously the fault is ours but I talked to several other campers at stokes and they had the same problem. It didn’t cost us too much extra but I’d like to see it addressed. "As a English speaking only traveler The staff was very easy to communicate with. We were allowed a slightly early check in which was helpful since we were pilgrims on the el Camino and had backpacks. They helped print shipping labels for our pack courier service and coordinated a taxi for our next stop since one of us could not continue the trek. Highly recommend staying here. "
