"Only complaint is the forty dollar a night parking charge which came as a suprise. Im asuming they do this to make the daily charge look less expensive than there competitors."

"Overall, facilities, views, welcome, and even the pillows on the bed - wonderful! The issue was the mattress. Hard as a rock. I have a firm mattress at home. The mattress that tortured me all night was not firm. I was scouting the resort for a family trip - but wouldn’t put anyone through the sleepless night. I was up and out as early as I could be. I did speak to front desk and even left a message for head of housekeeping, and no response to apologize for the mattress that desperately needs...

"You get what you pay for. Worth what I paid around 160 a night no more. Tv sucks ac sucks, front desk people no where to be found at times, no answer on phone. Runs on a skeleton crew. House cleaning awning excellent, no bed bugs, pretty clean. Parking lot would benefit from a front gate with a passcode or room key system to secure it, its strange that they close one gate and there is no gate on the other side. I would not stay here again based on the poor ac and inability to open the sliding...

"Historical property recently updated. Great location, so close to UC-Berkeley, BART and restaurants. Our only complaint was the trifecta of noise generators in our room - the wall A/C, an auxiliary A/C unit and the loudest small fridge we have ever encountered. But the shower was great, the bed was very comfortable."

"The staff and bar were the best part of this stay. The bartenders were excellent and the valet staff incredible! The front desk staff is hit and miss. There’s a Kevin hart looking guy that is rude every time I’m there, but the others are friendly and helpful. Other than that, the rooms are mostly just ok if you’re a “the hotel is just where we’re sleeping” kinda traveler. Nothing nice and minimal amenities."

"The room was great, quiet and clean. Everything we needed the hotel staff was accommodating. No questions asked regarding our pet. The hotel location is nice since it's right in the heart of many shopping centers, close by to the locations that we as a family needed. The amenities were fine such as the pool. Parking is only secure to benefit the hotel but, we had a fine stay."

"The parking pass was included in my chosen Expedia option but would have been $15 a night otherwise. There is a large underground parking level protected from weather and felt secure."

"Went there after our wedding and the staff was extremely welcoming, took our luggage from the car to the room. Took pictures of us both in the gorgeous lobby and crossing the hotel threshold. Extremely splendid experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay."

"I love staying at The Graduate, it’s the only hotel I stay in when I go visit my daughter, everything is close by. The hotel is pretty nice, I like hanging out at the dining lobby, the Henry’s hotel is also convenient and they gave the best brisket burger. The rooms are clean and staff are very nice."

"Hotel has a nice feel to it with pine trees surrounding it. It can be a little bit noisy with traffic from the freeway nearby. But I never heard anybody in rooms next to me or any other real noise at all. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed could use an upgrade although I slept well. Breakfast was nothing special but good enough. Parking is free and easy. I would definitely stay here again!!"
