"Fine for one night. The big busterminal is just 10 minutes to walk an it is also a good point to start a Ssghtseeing tour throug the center. I did nit rxpected a bug room but the bed was unkomfortabel an it smelled like someone smoked in there bevore. The bathroom war really small, the toilette flush did just work with violance."

"Tuvimos un mala experiencia, tienen arañas por todos lados. Mi mujer fue picada y cuando solicite urgencia medica no tenian. Encontramos arañas en una toalla y cuando lo informamos a la gente de recepcion nos pidieron que mandemos las fotos a un mail de Amerian. A partir de ahi, las mucamas dejaron de proveernos toallas, deduzco por nuestro reclamo. Instalaciones y atencion general muy bueno. Es una lastima que un hotel 4 estrellas se vea opcado por lo señalado anteriormente."

"Overall, a good stay. I would definitely stay again. However, the property could use a bit of TLC. Some areas feel a little dated and could benefit from maintenance, especially the bathroom where the shower head was loose and nearly falling off. "
