"Tuvimos un mala experiencia, tienen arañas por todos lados. Mi mujer fue picada y cuando solicite urgencia medica no tenian. Encontramos arañas en una toalla y cuando lo informamos a la gente de recepcion nos pidieron que mandemos las fotos a un mail de Amerian. A partir de ahi, las mucamas dejaron de proveernos toallas, deduzco por nuestro reclamo. Instalaciones y atencion general muy bueno. Es una lastima que un hotel 4 estrellas se vea opcado por lo señalado anteriormente."

"Overall, a good stay. I would definitely stay again. However, the property could use a bit of TLC. Some areas feel a little dated and could benefit from maintenance, especially the bathroom where the shower head was loose and nearly falling off.
